The Bravo star and famous house flipper has released two new product lines with Home Depot: Jeff Lewis Tile and Jeff Lewis Barn Doors. While they, of course, look stunning, Lewis was dedicated to avoiding the same sense of awe with the price tags.

“I wanted to offer high-end quality designer products specifically for the Home Depot consumer at a reasonable price point,” Lewis tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I worked to find finishes that looked like they came from most expensive stores — but didn’t.”

After more than 20 years in the home design and renovation world, Lewis, 46, knows what makes for a show-stopping interior. His resume not only includes his hit series and his own design firm, but also two previously released product lines including paint and rugs.

“I designed product to elevate your decor and add value,” Lewis, who’s expecting a daughter with partner Gage Edward in the fall, says.

The tile, which is made from natural stone rather than imitation materials, has a high-end look that instantly elevates any space. “This is the real deal,” he says. The on-trend barn doors add a modern, fun feel to any space.

“It’s a bold architectural statement,” Lewis says of the doors that start at $699 that are available in three styles and four colors. “It gives a custom look to any ordinary door opening. It’s both practical and unique.”

And if you’re not necessarily installation-savvy, don’t worry. Lewis has you covered. “The barn door kits have everything you need, eliminating back and forth trips to the hardware store,” he says. “The kit includes the door, handle, track, blocking and the tools.”

Although Lewis has had a roller coaster of experiences in the past few years, including a falling out with furniture line Living Spaces after the company surprisingly ended their working relationship, he’s now back on top and busier than ever.

“A lot can change in just a 12-month period, and this has just been one of those incredible growth years,” he told PEOPLE in July.
